      Pros

      The job pays good and allows me to have money to feed the family and have some fun as well as gather more expirience of welding

      Cons

      Sometimes I may have go work Long hours which are tireing and there isn't a job closer to my family which live in the valley of Texas and my job is in corpus

      Pros

      Well you are home every night.They try to take it easy on the new drivers to let them settle in.Management treat you alright as long you treat them right.New trucks are always a good thing every three years they get new ones.Recently they started a safety bonus which is always good.Money will always motivate every employee.

      Cons

      During the winter time its hard cause the hours drop from like 60-70hours to 10-25hours.They paying $12.50 an hour right now,used to be $11.They need to bump it up to $14.50 hour just for regular cdl.

      Amount of hours. Easy work. Support from the crane and rigging superintendent.

      Cons

      Low pay bay. Didn’t have riggers so had fitters that didn’t know anything rigging and flagging me.
