Each employee is micromanaged, irrespective of seniority or experience. There is no employee orientation for new personnel - they are expected to start off the bat immediately. 70% of positive reviews on this website are dictated by the management and senior management writes them to combat the negative reviews. Response to this review will also be highly negative and dismissive because the management does not believe they can do anything wrong or make mistakes and the owner believes everyone's out to get him. The management has God complexes and has let power get to their heads.
Do not take the senior management's fancy words at face value. You will be made grand promises only for them to backtrack on their convenience. If you are thinking of joining, have everything in writing and ask for a contract to be signed with the offer letter. This company is very trigger happy and likes to fire people within a matter of a few days/weeks/months. People are not given a chance to prove themselves adequately and judged prematurely. Visas are not applied for on day one as dictated by labor law.
The owner likes playing the good guy and delegates unpleasing tasks to his subordinates so he can maintain his reputation. Ultimately though, he makes all the calls.
My advice would be to stay away from this place and if you must join then have a backup ready.
