Pros
It is a great environment. Everyone is very laid back and nice. There is always something going on outside of work. There are great holiday parties, halloween and christmas parties for families with children, and quarterly outings to different places around town.
Cons
The communication is very suspect. It is not relayed well and because of that certain departments suffer.
