Family run business Micromanaged and monitored on every action People leave in matters of weeks or months of joining Commission is not fair and no visibility on how it is calculated No work/life balance

Beachhead is a small company with few people so you get an opportunity to work in a tight knit group. - enterprise/large scale clients - good training and learning opportunities for recruiters - good commission on offers (not for everyone, in the beginning it's minimal but as your performance gets better, they promote and offer % sharing) - easy access (downtown location)

Cons

- no growth in the company - managed single handedly by one person - not very process oriented - no diversity
