Pros

Every person in every department throughout the entire company is incredibly kind, supportive and encouraging. I’ve never experienced a company where their culture and values shines through every employee. I’ve love every day that I work at Beacon because there’s always someone willing to support you, educate you and inspire you to do the best work you can. There are tons of opportunities to learn and grown in your role and future career. Also the technology and resources to do your job are incredible.

Cons

I honestly haven’t come across a single negative aspect about the company, team, work or anything at all.

If you are looking for a career opportunity where you can make a true difference in the world, Beacon Mobility may be the place for you. Each and every morning we wake up knowing that the job(s) we do will truly impact the lives of people, many of whom may not have the freedom of movement that most of us enjoy. Every day we help others achieve their goals. There are few jobs that provide such satisfaction. The work we do is a great responsibility. But with great responsibility comes great reward.

Cons

Life is what we make it. Beacon Mobility allows the opportunity to enjoy a positive and fulfilling career. There are few, if any, cons to such an organization. We may not be perfect, but we are one of the greatest transportation organizations in the country. I would go so far as to say WE ARE THE BEST!
