High stress, regional management is abusive to their employees and can't keep anyone staffed, adding more stress. They'd rather buy new properties rather than fix or put more money in to the properties they already have to make things better for their employees and residents. No room for advancement. They'd rather hire out than in. We make all of the money for the company yet get nothing back other than a employee discount that even with you still can't afford to live at one of their communities.

The workplace culture sucks with this company. They dont know how to lead their teams effectively, Some of the leadership don't know the difference between being a leader and being a boss. They don't have an iron-clad training system or onboarding method. They put people they are related to or are friends within leading positions. The regional maintenance manager is can be sweet person but seems to have some behavioral issues and talks to people very rude. He just flips out for no reason at all. They have no maintenance staff because either people have quit or have gotten fired.
