Pros
I've had a good experience here, the employees are helpful and are usually quick to respond to messages. With how the market is right now, I believe that this is a great place to start your career. If you pass the interviews and accept the offer, you still get to experience a few weeks of training before you decide whether or not you want to stick with Beaconfire Solutions. So, I don't think it's a bad idea to at least apply.
Cons
The current market is tough right now, and it can take some time before you get a project. There are definitely opportunities and you can get a project quite quickly with some luck and effort in preparing for interviews.
