Pros
Management strives to create a enjoyable work enviroment, the people that work there are fun and good at what they do.
Cons
Management does little to develope or advance their people. Training is next to non-exsistent. Long hours that are compounded by the fact that they are understaffed and do not want to bring on more people. They expect everyone to just do more, for the same pay.

They don’t give raises, expect too much work. All work no play unless you’re related or have been there for 10+ years.
