      I have very little if anything bad to say about this company. My time at BeatStars has been the best in my professional career so far, and I just hope it continues to be so.

      Pros

      I have been at BeatStars for 7 years now, and it is one of the best jobs I have ever had. I have never felt like just a number here. From day one, there has been a genuine sense of team where people support each other and celebrate wins together. Leadership is approachable and actually listens, which makes you feel truly connected to the mission and direction of the company. One of the things I value most is how much I have grown during my time here. I have been given the space and trust to take on new challenges, expand my skill set, and have real ownership over my work. If you are passionate about music and want to work somewhere that genuinely cares about its creators and its team, BeatStars is the place to be.

      Like any growing company, there are always areas that can be improved, but the willingness to evolve and get better is always there, which is what matters most.

      My experience so far has been nothing short of phenomenal. Everyone immediately welcomed me into a positive and supportive atmosphere, instantly making me feel at home. The abundance of benefits offered here is unmatched. What's more impressive is the open-door policy that fosters an environment of accessibility and inclusion. You're never alone here. Everyone is willing to lend an ear or offer advice. A truly uplifting workplace!

      Cons

      Onboarding could be clearer, posing challenges to newcomers. The integration with the team and training felt somewhat disconnected, especially in the remote work environment. The transition to fully remote from previous experience in the office was a little intimidating at the start, lacking a solid support system. Simplifying this shift with comprehensive guidance could benefit the transition to a more structured approach.
