      Pros

      The staff is very supportive and helpful, making my job easy. They have helped me develop as a professional and provider and have given me the opportunity to grow in the field of healthcare l. My schedule is flexible and the compensation fair and competitive. The owners of this company are outstanding and I have had an excellent experience working with them, hopefully for many more years to come.

      I don’t see any downsides working at BCS. I have had nothing but positive experiences.

      I don't see any downside to working with the organization. Individuals who do not want to constantly improve may struggle in this environment.
