need to reward better for hard work

No option for flexible working / hybrid working patterns which is old fashioned in today’s society. Very gossipy office, quite a toxic environment in that sense. No reward for working hard, so there’s never a great internal desire to work hard. Office building is outdated, can tell no equipment has been updated for many years. Uncomfortable chairs, marks all over walls. Could do a with a proper modernisation to improve employee wellbeing. No sick pay.
