Pros

- amazing team, director , friendly co workers. Work with well established professionals in the field - great benefits and work life balance . - Periods of very busy times but no constant expectation of over time work - very well established Canadian media company - depending on your field - stable career and job security - good growth prospects for young / younger professionals particularly in tech , digital media - feel like I really lucked on at least in my team / sector would definitely recommend the company to other professionals in my field

Cons

- been here for over three years with no major complaints , that being said this could be very dependent on the team / field - growth prospects beyond CP3 seems to be slower
