Pros

The company is overall amazing. They offer an alternative to the extremely low book buy back prices of the book store. It provides connivence, purchasing of ALL books, and higher buy back prices.

Cons

Employees work 100% off of commission and often requires a huge commitment to make a good paycheck.

Pros

A flexible schedule, great staff who helps you along with buyback, and very clear goals make belltower a great work experience.

Cons

It takes a long time to receive payment. There is a designated end of buyback season when you receive compensation based on work done, no money is payed weekly/monthly.
