      Core team is great but senior management and process is seriously lacking

      - Employees/team are dedicated and collaborative - Small agency so you can be agile to meet client neets

      Cons

      - Lacks resources to truly deploy client deliverables - Senior management is lacking direction and provides no assistance to employees - Lack of listening/understanding employee needs - I have asked for additional help, resources to meet our objectives and they did not listen (and even reduced staff with lay-offs)
