Our commission scheme is well above industry standard and rewards those who are consistently billing over a rolling three-month average. The management and culture in Berkley have to be experienced to be believed. If you do some research into how people have finished up with them it will tell its own story. It is a culture of pure micro-management, compiled with mistreatment, dishonestly and most importantly FEAR. Stay well away if you are a recruiter on the lookout for a new role, there are plenty of agencies in Cork where you won't fear for your life going into work every morning.
