      Upper management has no idea what’s going on at ground level

      Before November there were plenty of Pros

      Cons

      Some employees are tracked and monitored very closely. Others are not tracked or required to use the company app. It’s very hard to keep customer due to the quality (or lack of) of the equipment.

      Pros

      benefits were great vacation time good insurance with health savings borrow equipment for free to take home and do work around your house

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT!!! they would tell you how good you were doing then go behind your back and talk you down, they were always telling you to do things then come back and question why you were doing things they just told you to do. at the end of the day the manager was a puppet and didn't know it but thought he would be the next person to be in charge of the company
