None quite honestly you will just be a number.

Cons

Dictatorship type owners who do not care about their employees. Manipulation and outright misleading and deceptive tactics employed by both partners. Don't believe the reviews on this website about the company. Owners made it mandatory employees give positive fake reviews to help them recruit new people.

consistent work, sometimes too busy due to lack of planning

Cons

managers do not care, back stab each other. Owner more concerned with dollars than morale. Long time employee's dropped without a care.
