      Turmoil and toxicity await

      Pros

      Always remote. There’s no office or headquarters.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Zero training. Company doesn’t pay for office set up or equipment so employees have to spend their own money to purchase a laptop. Company does not value women. Leadership gossips and speaks poorly of employees to other employees. Owner engages in frivolous lawsuits with past employees. Owner travels Europe while team builds company; returns and tanks company.
