      Pros

      - All normal things that could be found in any normal company that follows the rules.

      Cons

      - No social insurance, and a normal medical insurance that you won't get till you finish probation period. - Project management is very far away from being organized properly, no vision at all. - No clear vision on how to solve internal problems. - A very high turnover.
