Interesting projects in various therapy areas, fun company away day activities

Constantly understaffed; employees at all levels are expected to work long hours all year around (at least 50 +). Few development opportunities past the SRE level. While feedback is frequently given, it mainly focuses on the negative and there is little to no recognition of positive achievements. Excessive supervision and favouritism are prevalent; cliquey.
