Pros
Really solid people working beside you, to echo a previous review these are people you want to hang out with. Good roster of clients with some attractive "big names" and big budget projects.
Cons
No real long term plan or if there is then management have no interest in being transparent about it. Very little care for your emotional, mental or physical health as work-life balance is poor. The atmosphere and energy in the office is very negative with management especially lacking the leadership skills necessary to get the best out of people. There have been times where I've overheard senior management talking amongst themselves about employees in a very negative light - even whilst at the office. This is frankly unacceptable. Very clear delineation between upper management and "everyone else" with a sense of favouritism that splinters the office. Some really dire projects are taken on that nobody wants to work on for the sake of making targets. High-level plans are said to be in motion but are never spoken of again on both a personal and organisational level. Promises are made and broken regularly. And a reference to the previous review - a certain member of the senior management team needs to be managed more effectively. There's no excuse for a toxic person to undermine the happiness of your staff regardless of how brilliant she might be.
