      Pros

      Love working here. Kept us all on during the covid 19 crisis and have been nothing but loyal to me. Great travel, great pay and love the varied and challenging work.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. If I could improve something we would give more opportunity to recent grads.

      Pros

      Great fun to work here. I like the free reign that we're given. I like that the company doesn't stand still for long and has ambitious plans. The company also includes everyone in that process and in achieving its goals.

      Cons

      Nothing major to report. Could do with some recent graduate talent to join the business as it's often difficult to find suitably qualified/talented staff.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and varied, exciting work with plenty of responsibility. Really good clients to work with and a refreshing approach to executive search. Good travel opportunities.

      Cons

      Training could be a bit more comprehensive. At the moment it's very effective and clearly a lot of money is spent, but the syllabus could be broader.
