Give benefits to employees unlike most other pool companies. Decent pay wage and good industry reputation. Would definitely recommend. Much advancement opportunity.

Work is somewhat seasonal. Definitely have to manage salary as you make gobs of overtime in summer, but may only work 30 - 40 hours a week in January and February.
