      Pros

      Since working at BiSN I've had the chance to grow my skills and develop both as an individual and a professional. BiSN has invested in my education so I can continue to develop professionally. I'm challenged on a daily basis to not only perform but to deliver on a variety of tasks, from digital to print to events to other duties as required. For me this is an excellent environment to continue my own career journey as I thrive on the diversity of tasks.

      Cons

      The landscape is constantly changing at BiSN which can make it difficult for some, particularly those who are used to a corporate and strict environment. You can never expect to do the same thing two days in a row.
