      I feel very fortunate to work for a company owned and operated by a smart, hard-working, and appreciative family. I've had plenty of opportunity to take on new challenges and advance over the years, and I'm grateful for that. With as much time as we spend at our jobs, it's pretty great to be able to enjoy the company of good co-workers, I've made great friends here, and been treated like family. And that doesn't always happen in the work environment.

      Cons

      It can be hard to maintain the family feel with so much growth over the years, and the Biagi family is pretty much all based in Napa. But they do get around to all of the locations when they can. And each location ends up developing its own, unique personality.
