      strong technology foundation and a talented global team. The environment is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and gives people a lot of ownership. There is a real opportunity to learn, take initiative, and have a visible impact on the business.

      due to the global nature of the company, some calls can occur in the evening post working hours, but that doesn't happen too often

      Pros

      I love working at Bidease. Its a fun, fast paced environment where I'm learning more and more each day. The leadership team is intelligent, experienced, and empathetic. I'm a big fan of all my co-workers and its clearly evident that each one is an experienced leader in their own right. Some other pros: - 100% healthcare coverage - 401K - hybrid WFH model w/ work from home stipend - gym, cell, internet, commuter stipends - awesome culture events throughout the year - competitive pay compared to the market. They will pay for top talent -

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say about the company outright. The one thing I would mention is the company operates internationally so the teams are spread out - the only downside is not being able to engage with all your coworkers as often as you'd like. That said, everyone makes the effort to work around timezones and be as available as possible.
