Pros
The owner truly cares about his employees, so you always feel appreciated. If you show initiative, there is room for advancement with consistent raises.
Cons
This is a growing company, so it needs a complete overhaul/restructure of its operations. Workers can only do so much when understaffed. As a business that provides a service (installs solar), more workers are needed to deliver quality customer service. There are lots of angry customers that call in because they haven't received consistent updates.
