      Supportive environment but unclear progression and low pay

      Pros

      Great social environment, easy to reach higher ups, great place to start out and learn. Great managers who have your back. Very understanding people.

      Cons

      Unclear career progression, lowest of the low pay even though they flaunt being a 'mid paying range' company, strict and limited working from abroad policy, unnecessarily strict IT practices.
