Pros

Schedule is wonderful 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. No weekends, 8 paid holidays, one floating holiday. Super Schedule, great for life/work balance.

Cons

Pay is not great, promises are not followed through, unorganized in every way, inventory issues, technical issues, terrible management in every situation. Store manager inexperienced in his position and not so much his fault. Not properly trained at all. Promised guaranteed pay, never saw a penny. No way to understand what is happening with pay, nobody knows. Extremely low quality of training in the day to day activity. Pricing issues on merchandise, not labeled correctly. Store manager hasn't been trained in his duties to run the store. Computer system is a total mess. Not very user friendly. My training consisted of webinars. Ridiculous at best.. it's unfortunate, would love to stay. But leaving for fear of longevity in this store. No business or not enough to make a living. Moving on.
