Big Tex Trailers is the biggest sweat show in the area. The salaries are not competitive, benefits are horrible and in the words of the plant and district manager, one shall be lucky to work mandatory overtime - that is 6 days a week. Bathroom brakes are limited and don't even think about answering an emergency family call or they will confiscate your phone and keep it in the office until you are off work. Is this high school? You get wrote up for being sick on the job, you get wrote up for everything!! Three points and you're out.
