For a sales position, you get half a percent on the sales you make. No matter how much or what you sell Big Tex will make sure you don't make too much money. Don't get used to management because the turn over is unreal. It's a real knee jerker company. You get zero credit for what good you do. No matter how good you do they will focus on what you can do better. Terrible company- terrible management.

Management walking around yelling at you for taking a break to drink water in 90 degree heat. If you have to go to the bathroom 3 times in a shift they will notice and call you out on it. Turnover rate so high and they pay the new hires more than the people training them. When I called them out for it and quit they tried offering me a 4 dollar raise. So if you do want this job get the most amount of money out of them you can.
