      - Amazing colleagues that made suffering through everything that happened in the last 2 years worthwhile - A works council that prevented being screwed over by management

      Cons

      - Intransparent hierachies - Feeling of worthlessness - Multiple attempts to buy time and hope employees leave before paying out compensation - A "new" CEO that misunderstands 8 out of 10 questions and refuses to bring in translators - Higher-level managers that spread different "truths" in every studio

      - Fresh fruit twice a week - Free beers - Good team - Good location close to restaurants (Alexanderplatz in Berlin) - No overtime - Good worker's council - Good BI department - Lots of goodbye parties

      Cons

      - Terrible, terrible management - Poor morale - Low pay with no hope of raises - Terrible, terrible management (worth repeating) - Lack of direction and focus - Politics and marketing versus listening to players - Management frequently ignores leads and BI advice - Constant, almost comical problems (internet down, Confluence down, toilets not working, etc.) - Steady stream of quality employees leaving
