      - Skilled team of nice people - A varied mix of clients across sectors and industries, of all sizes - Invests a lot into making the company an enjoyable place to work - Really pleasant team atmosphere - Puts looking after the team above profit

      Friendly and supportive team, dog friendly office, I found the leadership team to be very receptive to feedback/ideas which is great

      Pros

      Bind Media is a great workplace where the co-founders genuinely care about their employees, inspiring us to strive for personal growth continually. There are regular 121s, where the feedback is two-way, and a clear path to progression with lots of support along the way! The culture is like no other, with monthly socials where we get to wind down and socialise as well as great company perks. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else tbh.
