Pros

there are few decent people who seem to know what they're doing

Cons

business model is designed to impress clients and squeeze most out of employee. working hours go into after hours and weekends. public holidays are there and not to be followed. management, who has no background in the field of work, promises results to client without checking with employees about scope of work, and then create pressure to get work done. everyone is running around trying to work with incomplete processes instead of calming down and having organized approach. for dealing with all of this, pay is not any special. there is no bonus option or stock options. some higher ups do not want to work hard, even though they have the industry knowledge and they can change their departments over night if they want to. there is too much finger pointing when something goes wrong instead of collaborative work. Culture is very toxic, and leadership has no idea about it.

Pros

We play lot of fun games as BioCentriq. If you join us, you get to participate in quiz like, choose the following option - Who will the CEO hire next? Option A: Chief Coffee Machine Officer Option B: Senior Director of Snackbar Quality & Compliance Option C: Vice President of Printing Supplies Option D: All of above Joke aside, There is nothing commendable about this company. Kudos to people who keep up with these unreasonable demands, Ya'll have a strong heart, but a weak mind.

Cons

A job at this company will cost you your mental health. When an employee speaks out on fair grounds, they try to silence it by fake 5 star reviews, but will NOT address the original problem.

Pros

Working at BioCentriq was a very frustrating experience. On paper, the work was good and the peers were amazing! The company also offered decent pay and benefits, as well as a somewhat flexible work schedule.

Cons

In practice, however, unrealistic expectations and untrustworthy upper management turned it into a difficult workplace. They pride themselves on not allowing work/life balance, while there is a blatant double standard in deliverable expectations for certain employees. Favoritism and gossip are all too common in the workplace and will have an immediate impact on your work stability with no investigations into the matter. They will make false promises about career growth and opportunities to keep you around. They will overpromise to clients and then expect the engineers and scientists to make it happen within objectively unattainable deadlines and constraints. If you are unlucky and find yourself in a position where you don’t meet these deadlines, you will take 100% of the blame. In short, I would not recommend BioCentriq to anyone.
