      Pros

      As an employee at Biostat Solutions, I was treated very fairly and felt comfortable in my work environment. Management cares about their employees and the atmosphere of the office is very warm and inviting. It is a smaller company and there is an annual company picnic so employees and the employers can become well acquainted.
