Pros

None, absolutely none. Avoid like the plague.

Cons

Where do you start. This is for ALL not just the MN locations. Management is clueless, utterly clueless on how to run a business. From the very top all the way down. Turnover is insane, it’s been almost 80% turnover since 2020, heck even Presidents, VPs and C-Suites are leaving or getting fired. Pay is absolute trash 30-40% below market. Bonuses? Ha! What bonuses. Company claimed to a billion dollar business but doesn’t have money for anything. Biomerics is a walking joke in the MedDevice world.

Pros

Their CEO seens smart. He has great ideas and he seems to care about his employees but actions speak more than words...

Cons

They believe all what their managers said about employees, they have Bullies as managers that don’t respect any of the employees and just because they are friends with such and such they promote their friends to greater positions... They don’t have any respect for long time employees. They promise growing opportunities, incentives and all banishes in the air... they don’t even ask for your resume to give you any promotion opportunities.

Pros

The only good thing is that they make products to save people's lives.

Cons

Sadly, middle management tends to be the face of what employees see, and it's sad when the leadership is so poor. The middle management at Biomerics needs to do the right thing for the company and its employees. It can be hard to make tough decisions, but in order for the business to continue growing, you need to make those decisions for the company to survive and give back to the community and its employees. I recommend running as far away as possible until Travis Sessions realizes the people he has in his HR Leadership team need to be replaced.
