      - CEO only cares about profits. Find all ways to reduce costs such as hiring interns with NO PAY - Managers lack experiences. Hustle culture. - Don't give out equity - Call itself a startup so that can tell employee to work more than 8 hours a day - Everybody inside wants to leave

      High work load and very demanding for you to be active. Long hours working. Very fast growing team that sometimes it's not easy for things to work smoothy.
