Management treating subordinates badly and it isnt the kind of place to work if you want a life outside of work There have been minor attempts to improve the culture, but no clear action was ever taken Sales leadership are unable to see where the real problems are. Too much process is stifling all of the teams Sales leadership have been implementing new processes which have taken too much time away from selling and which has not been of any benefit so far. Sales teams spend more time reporting than doing their jobs Two sales leaders recently managed out of the company and one was replaced by a friend of the SVP who alienated and lost the entire sales team before being fired himself. The investors are blamed for every problem the company faces instead of senior leadership taking accountability for their actions Customers are leaving because theyre not been supported
