      Cons

      You need to learn advanced technologies fast. - You need to take control over your work. Nobody will tell you what do you have to do, you are your own manager in your daily work. So if you are not used to be self-sufficient your experience here can be hard. - High-level managers are not accessible all the time. - Depending on your role, you will need to coordinate with coworkers in different time zones, which can imply the need to extend a bit your working day.
