      -Great interview experience they respond back so fast with a feedback -Organised onboarding experience, even if you don’t have prior crypto knowledge they organise useful sessions about the company business that keeps you well informed -Helpful colleagues with a great work culture attitude -Amazing benefits ( Friday drinks/ breakfast/lunch/bootcamps/ self development budget) -Great office location

      Pros

      Bitvavo is a modern employer with a great culture and all the benefits you can think of. The company is still fairly strong and embraces a culture where all employees are listened too and can therefore influence the direction of the company.

      Cons

      Despite active in a very competitive market, Bitvavo doesn't have a culture of bonuses. Which could come as a disappointment for future employees.
