Pros

Some really great people work here, and people genuinely care about the company. A few years ago, this was a great place to work, and there is potential for it to return to being a top company.

Cons

Marketing leadership and recent cultural changes have significantly reduced the ability of this to be a productive company. The politics, retaliation, and lack of clarity make for a volatile workplace. There are also significant salary discrepancies within teams and roles, and no clear signs (after many years of feedback) of any plan to improve career growth.

Pros

The product and executive (C-suite) teams have demonstrated a clear strategic direction and ambition to continue to position the organisation as a market leader. This top-level alignment and vision are strong foundations for success.

Cons

Outcome are often influenced less by performance and more by informal networks and group dynamics. There is a perception that success can depend on being part of an inner circle, rather than on merit alone. Additionally, instances of unprofessional behaviour are not consistently addressed, which can impact team morale and trust.
