      Pros

      Speedy hire I suppose, but hardly any pros to say about this company.

      Cons

      They're always arguing, you can hear them yelling from down the hall. Extremely disorganized. Could not give me a proper schedule when I first started working, would call and expect me to work that night or would give me a day and tell me hours before not to come in. The hiring was so fast because they have NOBODY! Everyone that works there other than management was hired last week. And pay is ridiculously low.

      Pros

      I have worked for this company for over 5 years. And being from this industry for over 20 years, I can tell youI've finally found home. This company cares about it's employees and I am reminded of that through constant recognition of my hard work, happy birthday greetings, personal calls from the owner when anything within my family takes place and the fact they listen when I need to be heard... from the Supervisors all the way up to the top...

      Cons

      They offer training opportunities and discounts on different classes for employees and I wish they did even more because I love to learn and build my credentials

      Pros

      Very professional, Uniform is nice, Flexible schedule, technology is very advance.

      Cons

      below average pay, Too many rules, They deduct money from your pay check for uniforms, accessories and if you show up late or fall asleep at the job they write you up and fine you 100 dollars extra. I repeat the guards start at $9Hr and armed is $11 Hr That's crazy !!!! Trust me don't apply here or you will be sorry.
