      Great commission potential and monthly bonuses

      Cons

      30% discount for leasing consultants off of the market rent not the advertise rent to the public which the market rent is typically higher. Work Saturdays, have to use your PTO if you want a Saturday off and nobody is willing to switch with you. Only recognize few holidays. Office hours will always be open day before and day after. No support from immediate manager or higher up. Don’t give your concerns to management because all they will do is talk about you amongst each other and you will become a target for voicing your concerns. No room for growth AT ALL.
