Local management supportive and approachable Great team spirit from all levels and countries, agreed global account structure gives us platform to work with other countries in complete harmony and all benefit from each others hard work. Great pension, medical and benefit schemes. We have real values and morals and adhere to these no matter how much $$$ is at stake - Refreshing change from previous experience.

you are given great independence to do your own work. great amount of trust given to you. exciting times at Blue coat as they acquired several new businesses and develops new products. engineering competency here is strong and the new product lines are very agile. great people to work with, has great music band - "the lost packets"
