      Supportive colleagues who are generally willing to help each other out Work feels meaningful and has a real impact on the people being supported Good level of autonomy once you’re trusted to manage your role Opportunities to learn a lot quickly if you’re proactive Flexible working approach compared to similar organisations in the sector

      Cons

      Communication from senior management can be inconsistent Processes and systems aren’t always well defined or joined up Workload can be heavy at peak times with limited extra resource Training and onboarding could be more structured Change tends to be reactive rather than planned
