      no systems in place for QA, or any real systems for anything, gives flexibility and autonomy

      Cons

      poor middle management, workload is crazy, timeframes are crazy, middle management overpaid, junkets for senior staff

      Great working environment, proactive approach and team support. Great work life balance. The management always takes interests in their staff and offer support at all times. I truly enjoy every minute of working at BSM and love the team I work with, great people!!!.

      A good level of autonomy allowing you to take ownership of your projects.

      Cons

      Middle management is arrogant and lacks life experience. I replaced someone who wasn't up to the task and often time felt the sins of my predecessor were being applied to me by one manager in particular.
