Great working environment, the culture at BlueBridge One encourages autonomy, professional development and a respect of a positive work life balance. Overall there is a good sense of accountability across the organisation and everyone does pull in the same direction. Hybrid / remote working is the norm, again promotes good work life balance. Focus on personal/professional development results in good opportunities to progress. Solid benefits package.

Cons

With the prevalence of hybrid / remote working can sometimes be a challenge to get 1-2-1 "face time" with colleagues.

Cons

We are spread out across South Africa, UK and Romania so we don't get to actually see each other that often
