      Flexible working from home and in the office. Your voice is heard and considered without judgement. Collaborative environment harnessing everyone's skills and experience. Opportunities to grow personally and in your career with support from the Directors. Even while most colleagues work remotely, there is always the chance for monthly and quarterly company catch ups to build on face to face relationships. Continuous feedback and recognition for your achievements, both on a 121 basis and across the company. Autonomy and trust in your role and expertise is established from the start.
