Work life balance is average, there is no opportunity for flexible working arrangements even in exceptional cases. There is little diversity. Office culture is generally friendly and collaborative. Opportunity for promotion are very limited.

Unless you are resilient and consider yourself emotionally, mentally and physically prepared for anything, you will not make it in this toxic and demanding environment. Apart from 12 hour shifts in harsh, dangerous noisy and unhygienic working conditions, you also are working apart of a very diverse work crew that is made up of many different age groups. Some are rude and disrespectful, some are very political and opinionated, and some just love to throw other colleagues under the bus based purely on there dislike for certain individuals. (Personality clashes) this place is notorious for bullying, and if you don’t act or look a particular way, you are treated like crap. The bosses favor who they want. It’s all about climbing up the corporate ladder and they don’t care who they leave in their wake. IF you can resist all of the above, go in, keep your mouth shut and make a wad of cash then get the hell out of there.
