      Pros

      Work, Learning, Salary, Promotions are all there for the taking. Guidance is provided and all management are keen to help you grow if you want to, and you show them you actually mean it. The company is improving its internal training with new courses becoming available as it grows. Lovely premises and team spirit within departments.

      Cons

      The average age of the workforce is young. This means some can forget they are at work and not at home with their parents to clean up for them! If you are not someone to actively speak out for things you want, you may struggle to progress. If you’re happy with whatever you get hired on/as though, then that’s not a problem, it just probably won’t change.

Bluecube actively fosters innovation and encourages creative thinking, allowing me to explore new ideas and advance in my role. Readily available support and emphasis on open communication create a welcoming atmosphere, and their investment in employee development has proven invaluable. Bluecube's dedication to work-life balance, and commitment to diversity and inclusion, along with exciting projects and regular activities make it an exceptional workplace, offering abundant opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

      While the company offers a decent benefits package, a review and potential enhancement of these benefits could further elevate Bluecube's appeal to employees. For example, dental plans, or salary sacrifice car lease schemes.
